Description
Our ideal minister is an inspiring speaker, a collaborative, patient, approachable leader/teacher, and a savvy administrator with a prosperity consciousness.
Our congregation evolved from a study group formed in 1921. We celebrated our 50th anniversary since incorporation in 2021; our Prayer Group has been meeting weekly for 64 years; our three most recent ministers served a combined total of 25 years.
Our property is in excellent condition; we are debt-free. The music program is exceptional; we have a robust roster of teams to support our services. We added a Land & Labor Acknowledgement recommended by our DEI Team to our Mission, Vision, and Core Values.
Kalamazoo is in southwest Michigan, midway between Chicago and Detroit, just 45 minutes from Lake Michigan’s beautiful beaches. We are home to:
