Main Responsibilities - Dana's primary responsibilities include protecting UWM's vital assets, ensuring financial compliance, and closing the books accurately. She also communicates value and risk issues to stakeholders and the Board of Trustees, leads negotiations, budgeting, and purchasing, and implements efficient workflows to maximize UWM's productivity and performance. In addition, Dana leads the human resources function, playing a key role in creating and implementing HR strategies that support UWM's goals and objectives, and fostering a culture of excellence, inclusiveness, and innovation.
